Terms and Conditions

Sacon Movers & Cleaning operates from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. These terms apply to all customers using our moving and cleaning services.

We offer: • Residential and commercial moving services • Home and office deep cleaning • Packing and unpacking assistance • Furniture rearrangement • Recurring cleaning subscriptions

• All services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. • We recommend booking moving services at least 3 days in advance. • Cleaning services can often be accommodated same-day or next-day. • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

• All quotes are provided upfront with no hidden fees. • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. • We accept bank transfers, Telebirr, CBE Birr, cash, and credit/debit cards. • Deposits may be required for large moving jobs.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service: Full refund of any deposit. • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% deposit refund. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No deposit refund. • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

• All moving services are fully insured against damage during transport. • Sacon is not liable for pre-existing damage to items. • Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. • Cleaning services are performed with care; however, we are not liable for damage to items already in poor condition. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the service.

• Provide accurate information about the scope of work. • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. • Securely pack personal valuables and documents (or request our packing service). • Inform us of any special handling requirements in advance.

All website content, branding, logos, and design belong to Sacon Movers & Cleaning. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. • Immediate termination is possible if terms are violated or there is unsafe conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Addis Ababa.
